DESCRIPTION:Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace in Bengaluru is a great example o
 f Indo-Islamic architecture that once served as the summer retreat of the 
 Mysorean ruler. Begun by Hyder Ali in 1781 and completed under Tipu Sultan
  in 1791\, the palace later housed the British secretariat before it was r
 elocated to Attara Kacheri in 1868.\n\nNow maintained by the Archaeologica
 l Survey of India\, it stands in the heart of Old Bangalore as a historic\
 , protected monument and landmark. We are delighted to have received permi
 ssion from ASI to draw at this location.\nHow to join this session\nYou do
 n't need artistic skill to participate in this event - just boundless curi
 osity and a love for drawing. To connect with other participants\, please 
 use our community on Discord.\n\nRegistration is not needed to attend the 
 event\, however if this is your first time please register here\nRules at 
 this protected monument\n\n 	No large easels\, drawing boards\, tripods\, 
 chairs - these are not allowed within the Monument.\n 	No wet media allowe
 d within the pillared structure.\n 	If you use paints or inks\, be sure to
  not litter or spill. If by mistake you do\, please inform the community t
 o help you address it.\n 	Be mindful to not block the walking paths.\n 	En
