 eds and sizes can roam freely and socialize.\n\nIf you are afraid of these
  four legged companions\, don't worry - there is a fence around the dog pa
 rk and there is plenty to draw around the Sheshadri hall( Central library)
  or the skaters at cubbon. \n\nYou don't need artistic skill to participa
 te in this event - just boundless curiosity and a love for drawing.\n\nHow
