Sketchbook Saturday
Sketchbooks are a private, and intimate space for artists to think, experiment, and try new ways of designing or creating art. Sketchbook Saturday is a bi-monthly event that sees artists from the Penciljam community sharing their Sketchbooks and creative process.
About the Artist
Isha Patel, an artist and interior designer whose work explores the relationship between space, structure, texture, and materiality. Drawn to both architecture and the natural world, she documents places and quiet moments as lived experiences rather than static subjects. Through a combination of watercolor washes and detailed linework, her practice captures atmosphere, memory, and a sense of presence. Her work reflects a personal approach to observation—one rooted in slowing down, paying attention, and engaging deeply with the built and natural environment. Each piece becomes a record of connection, interpretation, and thoughtful exploration.

How to attend this session
- The session starts at 11am on Saturday. It will be streamed on Discord. Click here to join our server.
- If you don’t have the Discord app, it will prompt you to download it.
- Once you have joined the discord server, scroll down in the menu and find an AV Channel called Namma Livestream. The session will be streamed in this channel 11am onwards.
